Ruxsoraxon ("we", "our", or "us") operates Rust UZ (also known as RustForge) (the "Application"), a mobile application designed for learning the Rust programming language through interactive tutorials, code books, memory simulations (Ownership, Borrow Checker, Stack & Heap), and quizzes.

This Privacy Policy explains how our application processes information. By using Rust UZ, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

Rust UZ is built as a self-contained, offline-first learning platform.

1.1 Personal Data

No Account Required: You do not need to create an account, register, or provide any personal identification information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address).
No Personal Data Collected: We do not collect, store, transmit, or monetize any personally identifiable information about you.

1.2 Local Storage (Room Database)

Learning Progress: Your completed chapters, quiz scores, adventure island milestones, and bookmarked code snippets are stored locally on your device using an internal Room SQLite database (AppDatabase).
User Control: This data remains strictly on your physical device and can be erased at any time by clearing the application's data in your Android system settings or by uninstalling the Application.

1.3 Gemini AI Integration

Optional AI Tutor: If you use the interactive AI assistant for programming explanations or code analysis, queries are processed securely through Google's Gemini API.
Credential Privacy: No personal profile metadata is attached to AI requests. API routing adheres strictly to Google Cloud security guidelines.

2. Permissions

The Application may request standard Android operating system permissions:

Internet Access (android.permission.INTERNET): Used solely to communicate with optional Gemini AI tutor services or check for curriculum updates.

You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device's settings menu.

3. Third-Party Services

We may use reliable third-party libraries to maintain stability:

Google Play Services: Used for core Android runtime environment delivery.
Google AI / Gemini API: Used to generate smart programming analogies.

These third-party providers govern data processing under their own independent privacy terms.

4. Children's Privacy

Our educational content is safe for learners of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 or anyone else. Since no personal data is collected, children are not exposed to data tracking risks.

Ruxsoraxon ("biz", "bizning") kompaniyasi Rust UZ (RustForge) mobil ilovasini ("Ilova") taqdim etadi. Ushbu ilova Rust dasturlash tilini interaktiv darslar, qo'llanmalar, xotira boshqaruvi simulyatsiyalari (Ownership, Borrow Checker, Stack va Heap) hamda testlar orqali o'rganishga mo'ljallangan.
